Fees and Payment Options

Tooth number, the complexity of the case, and the type of procedure determine fees for root canal therapy. Our fees cover diagnosis, all necessary images (x-rays), anesthetics, treatment, and adherence to the recent CDC and OSHA guidelines regarding safety and asepsis.  We make every effort to provide you with the highest level of care and the most convenient financial options. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask our staff. They are well informed and can be reached by phone at 318-865-5576.

For those patients without dental insurance, we request that fees are paid in full at the time of service.  For your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa,  MasterCard, and Discover Card.

We also participate in Care Credit®. For more information on Care Credit®, please visit www.CareCredit.com.

Insurance

Though we are not a provider for any dental insurance plans, for those patients who do have dental insurance coverage, your insurance claim forms will be completed and filed for you.  We will also track your claims.  We request that a portion of the fee be paid at the time of service.  Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.  Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks.   We will work with you and your insurance company to maximize your benefits for covered procedures; however, the agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you and that company.  Insurance companies may reimburse at a lower rate than we estimate. When this occurs, you may be required to pay an additional “after-insurance” balance.

Please keep in mind, you are responsible for all applicable fees regardless of your insurance coverage.
